NOBL relo serves all of the Netherlands including Amsterdam, Zuidas, Oud-Zuid, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, and surrounding areas. We also specialize in relocations to Het Gooi region including Laren, Blaricum, Bussum, Naarden, and Hilversum. Our teams are experts in canal houses, narrow staircases, and historic buildings.

Our quote is dated and remains valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated; you decide whether and when to accept. The quote is based on the information you provide. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to additional work, delays, and/or extra costs. The on-site survey is always free.

You can cancel at any time before the move. For a consumer move, cancellation fees apply per AVVV 2025: up to 30 days before the moving date: 15% of the moving price, between 30 and 14 days: 50%, between 14 and 7 days: 75%, within 7 days: 100%. Different terms apply to business moves (AVB 2020). Contact us and we'll look at the options together.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due immediately after completion of the work (pin/cash or other agreed method). For larger or complex assignments, we may require a deposit. Minimum deployment is 3 hours per moving and/or packing day.

You are responsible for: clear passages and routes, protection of floors/walls/stairs (unless Full Service), correctly disconnecting appliances (washing machine with transport bolts), arranging parking/permits, and reporting pets or special circumstances in advance.

Unless Full Service is agreed in writing, you are responsible for transport-ready packing. Boxes must be closed, fragile items protected, cabinet doors secured, and loose shelves removed. Small loose items must be packed in closed boxes. We are not liable for damage to items you packed yourself.

At the end we do a joint final check (eindcontrole). Visible damage must be reported and documented immediately on site before our team leaves; if you then confirm there is no visible damage, visible-damage claims are settled, but hidden defects can still be reported. For a consumer move, report any damage in writing preferably within two business days and at the latest within 14 days after delivery, with photos and explanation. Your moving goods are insured during a move within the Netherlands up to at least €100,000 per event under our All-in Movers Policy with TVM. If you don't report in time, claims may lapse.

Extremely valuable items (jewelry, cash, important documents, unique art) remain in your possession and are not transported by us, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Items with above-average value must be reported in writing before we start, so we can take appropriate measures.

Yes, NOBL relo has transport/logistics insurance and business liability insurance. Coverage is subject to policy conditions and your compliance with our terms. Items lifted/loaded by you or third parties generally fall outside our coverage.

Our Full Service includes professional transport-ready packing with premium materials, careful transportation, furniture disassembly and reassembly, unpacking, and final placement. This also includes protection of floors, walls, and stairs along the route.

Absolutely. We understand that sometimes you need to move quickly. WhatsApp us directly for the fastest response — we often accommodate same-week or even next-day moves when possible. Surcharges may apply for work before 09:00, after 22:00, or on public holidays.

Absolutely. We're Amsterdam specialists with extensive experience in canal houses, narrow staircases, and historic buildings. For furniture lifts, we work with specialized partners to ensure professional equipment and expert operation.

Heavy items (over 100 kg), natural stone, safes, and large glass panels must be reported in writing in advance with dimensions and weight. We may refuse these items or impose additional requirements/costs. Pianos are only moved if we explicitly confirm this in writing.

All our team members are VCA-certified (Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu Checklist Aannemers), the Dutch standard for workplace safety. This certification ensures we work safely, protect your property, and handle heavy items correctly.
